How the standard is applied
Eligible households receive Cash Assistance, include a child under 18 (or a full-time student aged 18, or a pregnant person), and have been evicted or face eviction. Packages submitted on or after March 1, 2026, or with a lease starting April 1, 2026 or later, use the 2026 standards and utility allowances.
