Violations & compliance
HPD, DOB, OATH/ECB, FDNY, DEP and DOHMH violations corrected, certified and dismissed. Local Law 11, 97, 152, 55, 84/87 and the annual filings kept on a calendar. Available on its own for buildings we do not manage.
Permit & licence expediting
A separate service for the future, not the past: DOB permits and Alt-1/Alt-2 filings, Certificates of Occupancy, TCOs and Letters of No Objection, FDNY and DEP permits, DOT and DCWP licences, inspections and sign-offs. For owners, contractors, architects and businesses.
